Delivery times vary depending on your location and order size. While we always aim to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to customs, shipping, or unforeseen circumstances. Each shipment comes with a delivery note for your records.
Most of our products come with manufacturer warranties, which we pass on directly to customers. If a warranty is unavailable or invalidated, we may arrange repair or replacement within 30 days for hardware and 7 days for software, provided the item is returned in good condition.
Payment terms are outlined in the invoice issued for your order. Payments must be made in full and on time. Late payments may incur interest charges, and we may suspend or cancel delivery if accounts remain unpaid.
Orders can only be cancelled or returned in line with our Returns Policy. Once accepted, cancellations are generally not possible unless agreed in writing. Some returns may be subject to restocking fees.
