This solution serves as a comprehensive platform that consolidates all your devices into a single centralized hub. It offers features such as device tracking and facilitates wireless transmission processes, including claiming devices, monitoring their status, and performing firmware upgrades. Users have the option to register as a company on the platform. As a company administrator, they can create sub-companies, add new devices, manage tasks, and create user accounts.
The solution simplifies the process of transferring devices between companies, providing convenient and seamless device management. It offers three levels of access: company admin, manufacturer, and user. Company admins have the capability to internally move devices within their organization. However, for external device transfers, the company admin is required to generate a No Objection Certificate (NOC), which can be granted by the manufacturer. This ensures proper authorization and security during device transfers.

Dashboard
Dashboard view with all the counts of devices, companies, groups, tasks, files and users. It will also give you multiple graphical view to see the status of companies, devices & tasks.
Companies
As company admin, user can add multiple child companies by filing a simple form. A parent company can have multiple child companies.
Device management
Users can upload devices in bulk in the respective company, can also move devices from one company to another. Task creation against multiple devices.
Device data
User can select any device and can view its relevant data i.e IMEI and its last updated date and time.
Task management
After creating the tasks against different devices, user can perform action on its relevant tasks and can see the details of each task as well.
Device transfer
User can move multiple devices to any group of any of his company. After transferring he can see the details of all transfers.
Groups
User can create different groups against a company for specific devices. The groups can be active or inactive.
Files
User can upload multiple files to any specific company i.e firmware file.
Configurator
Our solution will have predefined configured commands along with firmware files and file types. To send a command on any device, user need to select the company and its relevant device, in configurator user can see the response of all sent commands. User can see the history of all send commands.
Request NOC
If a company admin wants to transfer devices outside its hierarchy, it will have to request an NOC that will be accepted or rejected by the manufacturer.Â
Grant NOC
Manufacturers can change the status of the added NOC. Depending upon the status of NOC, devices will move to the destination company.
User
User can create different users by providing email address and password with specific user role i.e company admin, manufacturer or user. Depending on the selected role, user can see the functionalities.
Permissions & roles
We have different type of access in our solution, company admin, manufacturer or company user. Depending upon the requirement of role, permissions of functionalities can be controlled.
